Yes — all of it, for everyone, right now. No card, no trial countdown, nothing held back. We’re still learning what NestScout is worth to the people living with it, so we haven’t set prices yet. We’ll tell you well before anything changes.

There is nothing to cancel — we don’t sell plans yet. If that changes, anything billed through the App Store or Google Play is managed in your device’s subscription settings (App Store account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions), and deleting the app would not cancel it.

In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also start the request here.

The app works anywhere in the US — your home profile, diagnoses, maintenance, documents and finances all work from day one. The Pro marketplace opens city by city, and if there is no Pro near you yet the app will take your address and tell you the moment there is.

No — AI guidance can be wrong and isn’t a substitute for a licensed professional. For anything involving safety (gas, electrical, plumbing, structural, heights), consult a Pro.
