How do I diagnose a problem?
Open NestScout, tap the mic or camera, and describe or show what’s happening. The AI walks you toward the likely cause and whether it’s a DIY fix or a Pro job.
Is NestScout free?
Core AI diagnosis is free — all categories, no scan limits. NestScout Plus is an optional subscription that adds unlimited history, the full vault, and more.
How do I manage or cancel NestScout Plus?
Plus is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel it in your device’s subscription settings (App Store account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
Where are you available?
NestScout is launching in Columbus, Ohio, with more cities to follow.
Is the AI always right?
No — AI guidance can be wrong and isn’t a substitute for a licensed professional. For anything involving safety (gas, electrical, plumbing, structural, heights), consult a Pro.
